MxD Studio is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data (also known as personal information in certain jurisdictions) when you use our mobile game applications, websites, and other online products and services (together, the “Services”) or when you otherwise interact with us.

1. What personal data we collect

We will collect personal data such as the data listed below in a lawful and fair manner: (a) data you provide directly to us; (b) data collected automatically when you use the Services; and (c) data received from third parties. We collect only personal data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

1.1 Personal data you provide to us

Customer support data: We collect data you provide directly when you contact customer support, provide feedback, participate in surveys or activities, or subscribe to our communications. This information may include your name, email address, delivery address, and any other details you provide. The data collected varies depending on the service used.

1.2 Personal data collected automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain data, including:

Identification data: a randomly generated unique ID, device ID (e.g., IDFV, Android ID), advertising ID (e.g., IDFA, GAID), unique third-party ID (e.g., Pangle ID, AppsFlyer ID), IP address, country and city information inferred from the IP address;

Device and technical data: device model, device time zone, device country, system language, CPU information, storage capacity, screen, network, operating system, and other technical data;

Game (gameplay) data: data about your interaction with the Services, such as game access time, usage logs, progress, achievements, playtime, and other gameplay information;

Ad interaction data: data about your interaction with ads in the Services. For example, information that you viewed or clicked an ad. We use this information to measure advertising, optimize it, and prevent fraud.

1.3 Personal data received from third parties

We may also receive information about you from third parties, including:

In certain situations, you may have the option to log in using your Google account. When you choose this method, we use Google’s account verification service and receive the necessary information (such as an encrypted authentication code and authentication status) to enable account functionality. Please note that the use of any third-party authentication solution, together with the personal data you provide to them or that they collect, is governed by Google’s terms of use, privacy policy, and other agreements. When you participate in activities hosted on third-party platforms, we may receive information (e.g., user ID, verification status) about your participation, based on your authorization, subject to notice of the relevant activities.

App marketplaces (App Marketplaces).

When you make in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play, we receive information such as device ID, transaction time, order details (encrypted), and payment status. All payment transactions are processed through the relevant app marketplace using your marketplace account. We do not collect or store payment card details. This information is processed exclusively by the marketplace.

1.4 About sensitive personal data

Sensitive data refers to data that, once disclosed or unlawfully used, may easily lead to a violation of human dignity or harm to the personal or property safety of an individual. The scope of sensitive data may vary depending on applicable law. Our Services do not intentionally collect your sensitive data.

Advertising partners. We may share data to serve ads and measure their effectiveness. The data may include device identifiers (GAID, IDFA), IP, device and technical data, and information about ad interactions.

5. Data security and data retention

We are committed to keeping data secure. We apply reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, organizational, and physical measures, in accordance with the law, to protect data against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy. After that, we delete or anonymize it, except where required by law.

The Services are designed for users of different ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children and we do not serve targeted advertising to children, in accordance with applicable legal definitions.
